It is incredibly frustrating that I can't proceed with the program installation due to an error code. I wish remote support were available, but I'm not sure if the issue lies with my computer. Also, from the perspective of an ordinary office worker who is a non-developer, this doesn't seem like a course for beginners. While you do work hard to answer my inquiries, I really don't think this is a course for non-developers or beginners. Even when I ask developer colleagues nearby, they say that Docker itself is difficult for non-developers to use and understand. If this were a course for developers rather than non-developers, it might deserve 5 stars, but I feel so frustrated and demoralized that I'm starting to wonder if I'm actually tech-illiterate.

Thank you for leaving such a valuable review. I fully empathize with the difficulties you mentioned regarding the installation process and the barrier to entry related to Docker. Setting up a development environment involves many variables—such as individual computer environments, operating systems, permission settings, and existing installations—so the perceived difficulty can vary even when following the same steps. I will strive to improve this area through more detailed guidance and supplementary materials in the future. However, whether a course is "suitable for non-developers" or "difficult for beginners" is a subjective area that can be felt differently depending on each person's background knowledge, learning style, and problem-solving attitude. In fact, among those taking my course, there are students with almost no development experience and even those over the age of 65 who complete the hands-on exercises step-by-step and consistently share their results with me personally. To be honest, it is because of these students that I find the strength and sense of reward to keep going. While I do not personally resolve computer issues on behalf of students via remote access, as long as you do not give up on your learning, I respond with the mindset of not giving up on any single student and guiding them as much as possible within my reach. Therefore, I believe the important question in learning during the AI era is not simply "It's hard because I'm a non-developer," but rather how one understands and navigates unfamiliar concepts and tools when encountering them. Of course, I am well aware that as an instructor, I have the responsibility to guide that process more easily and reduce the friction points for students. Looking at the feedback you provided, I believe you gave such detailed and important feedback because you have an underlying interest in the course, and I am sincerely grateful for that. If there is a problem that truly cannot be resolved through the Q&A board, please send a DM to nambaksa_ on Discord.
