If you truly haven't been able to prepare even a single thing, I recommend at least watching this and following along. It's not about using AI prompts efficiently, but rather just throwing simple prompts to get information, and I think up to Section 2 is intended to just have you try making something based on that. The content in Sections 3 and 4 contains good information to know if you have zero prior knowledge, and it encourages you to at least give it a try. It does set a direction for how to write, so it will be helpful for those just starting to write their resumes and self-introduction letters. In these sections, it teaches you how to use specific prompts, which I found to be a helpful part. Currently, if I compare the two major tools, ChatGPT and Claude, I feel that Claude offers better writing quality. If you use Claude while following this lecture, I think it will be very helpful. In terms of overall lecture quality, I feel it's a bit disappointing for the price.

Because of this structure, you may have felt that it lacked the depth or differentiated application methods you were expecting.
