This is not a lecture that simply recites theoretical definitions. It clearly points out the essential value of why MECE and Logic Trees are so critical in business problem-solving. In particular, the highlight of this lecture is the section explaining the 'two core conditions for creating a high-quality Logic Tree.' After learning these conditions, I could immediately see the gaps in the structures I had built in the past. It feels as though my vague logical thinking is being systematically organized under clear criteria. This lecture provides confidence not only to beginners who want to build a solid foundation in logical thinking but also to practitioners who want to enhance the persuasiveness of their planning. It is well worth five stars!
