I am an 8th-year backend developer. Recently, I felt the need to update my career path and started submitting my resume, but I was getting rejected at the document screening stage every time. While looking for a solution, I came across this lecture and took it. As soon as I heard it, I realized, "This is truly the perspective of an HR professional from a company that hires systematically." After listening to the directional guidance, I realized I had been writing my resume completely wrong and understood exactly why I was failing. It was very informative. Even after revising my resume based on what I learned, the door to changing jobs is still difficult, but I am grateful to have realized the direction I need to take next.

Seeing how cautious you were, saying there is no guide because there is no right answer, actually made me think, "Wow, they really put a lot of thought into this."
