This is definitely a great lecture for developers with a certain level of experience. In particular, the query tuning covered right from the beginning was a huge help. I thought I had sufficient knowledge about indexing, but I was deeply impressed by how a very simple tuning in a paging query could lead to such a drastic change in performance.
