There was a time when I felt frustrated because my document screening pass rate was low, but I didn't know the exact reason why. It was only after taking this lecture that I realized my resume had been written solely from the "applicant's perspective." As I learned what companies are actually curious about and how to structure my experiences to be persuasive, I felt motivated to rewrite my resume from scratch. This lecture taught me that it's not about just working hard blindly, but about writing strategically. I now have the confidence to actually look forward to passing.
