As someone who frequently submits strategy reports, I found this lecture highly relatable. The structural explanation of why executives delay decision-making was particularly impressive. It is clear that the instructor has extensive corporate experience, as the explanations come from someone who truly understands the reality of reporting on-site. I also felt that the fact that the instructor has written several full-length novels was evident. The logical flow is very stable, and the design is sophisticated.
