As a non-homeowner, I always vaguely waited because of the anxiety that buying now might be the peak. After taking the lecture, I started looking at whether it was the right time to enter rather than just looking at the price, and I finally decided to sign a contract when others were feeling anxious! Now that I've completed the purchase, I'm finally able to clear my head and leave this review. I now feel that choosing not to procrastinate back then was the best decision I ever made ^^

Ultimately, I believe that beating the market is not about guessing the price, but about the power to discern the right time to enter.
