I started listening after already setting up my business, but I received a call saying I had to register as a general taxpayer instead of a simplified taxpayer, so I ended up starting as a general taxpayer. (I don't remember exactly, but they said that for information and communications, system software, etc., only general taxation is allowed and simplified is not possible unless I change the business type.) I'm right at the stage of registering the URL and payment system, and the costs for the PG company are quite significant. (Since I don't have any income yet...)
