[Desired Improvement] I hope you can show a more professional side. The energy used to lead the atmosphere during the first 5 minutes was good, but there were moments where the session couldn't proceed because of continuous laughter even in situations that required seriousness. This attitude made me feel that the image of Inflearn itself was unprofessional. Specifically, did you really not anticipate the "hand-raising" abuse? Giving an instruction to nearly 400 people not to perform a specific action acts the same as telling them to do it. If you have ever led a large group even once, it is something you couldn't possibly not know. You might feel it's unfair, but I believe your competency as a moderator was lacking. Also, it appeared that someone else had to remind you of essential information that needed to be delivered at the end. Even if it's not a full script, please conduct the live session with at least a checklist of announcements. I hope to see a better performance in the next live session.

Taking this live session as a learning opportunity, I will organize the flow and essential announcements more thoroughly, and improve by anticipating participation methods in advance to ensure a more stable hosting experience!
