It's hard to understand in just one go, but I think it's given me a stepping stone to go up a level. I'll have to study harder and digest it.

That's right. It may be difficult for those who are hearing it for the first time to understand it all at once. If you look at Toby's Spring 3 and search for the various terms I mentioned and try to understand them (that's studying, actually), there will definitely come a day when you will be able to understand and digest more.
