I mainly used R and Python for individual research and class project analysis in graduate school. To apply for data analyst positions, I started learning SQL, which is widely used in the industry. When I took another introductory SQL course a few years ago, it was difficult to understand and I wasn't very motivated. However, because Kyle School explains things while working directly with data, it was fun and easy to grasp! In particular, I loved how clean the logic was during the conceptual explanations and query solutions. At first, it took me a long time to solve the practice problems, but once I internalized the logical flow of Kyle School's query solutions, they became much easier to solve! I need to keep practicing writing queries in a logical and organized way. I can't believe such a valuable lecture is free... I'm heading off to take the Advanced SQL course right now!
