- Completion Rate: 100% (Completed twice) - Period of Study: 5 months - Skill Level Before: Basic C++ knowledge, absolute beginner in coding tests -> Current: Baekjoon Platinum [Pros] 0. C++ lecture documents are provided for absolute beginners. Even with only basic C++ knowledge, it was great for reviewing while learning CS knowledge at the same time. 1. Each lecture is relatively short and gets straight to the point, making it easy to understand without feeling overwhelmed. 2. The instructor's Q&A support was the biggest and most distinctive advantage. I was able to resolve issues I hadn't even thought of by reading other students' Q&As. Even when I asked questions myself, the instructor responded very quickly. 3. The conceptual lectures are short and impactful, and the provided PDF materials are excellent for reviewing and studying on the go. 4. Very satisfying in terms of practical application. For algorithms that felt daunting after just hearing the theory (e.g., DP, Fenwick Tree), the course makes you solve a ton of practice problems. By solving them, I got a feel for when and how to use those specific algorithms. 5. The problem sets are structured to encourage review. For example, during the Fenwick Tree week, they include DP problems learned previously so you don't just focus on one thing. (The occasional implementation problems are a nice bonus.) 6. The instructor regularly provides guidance on learning direction (problem-solving steps, how long to brainstorm, volume of problems, review methods, etc.). If you just follow the instructor's advice, you can really feel your skills improving. [Suggestions] 1. I am willing to take an advanced course if you open one for the Platinum to Diamond level... ♥ 2. I wish there were a few more problems to study in the "All-Solve" special lecture! I really enjoyed the great lectures!
