This challenge became the turning point that helped me get my loosened study plan back on track. The routine that was easy to lose when I was alone naturally continued through daily set goals and records. Instead of the pressure to do things perfectly, I developed an attitude of just getting started, and that led to consistency. It was the most meaningful time in that my attitude toward studying changed more than the amount of studying itself.
