Small talk is also a 'topic-based area' like business English

If you only know 'watch' for '보다', it would be difficult to understand exactly what someone means when they say "I was just scrolling through my feed."

That's why I want to teach small talk not as 'light conversation' but as a skill for moments when real English is used.

In this class, you'll naturally practice expressions that don't appear much in textbooks but are actually used a lot by locals in daily life. Those who found small talk awkward will now experience "the joy of conversations that flow naturally."

그래서 저는 스몰토크를 ‘가볍게 하는 대화’가 아니라 진짜 영어가 쓰이는 순간을 위한 기술로 가르치고 싶습니다. 

이 클래스에서는 교재에 잘 나오지 않지만, 현지 사람들이 일상에서 진짜 많이 쓰는 표현들을
자연스럽게 입에 붙게 연습하게 될 거예요. 스몰토크가 어색했던 분들이 이제는 “대화가 이어지는 즐거움”을 느끼게 될 거예요.
