I am currently a computer engineering major and am studying information security on my own. This lecture was good in the following ways. 1. Through the video 'Information Security Career Path', I was able to get a feel for the vague information security career path. 2. As someone who has studied SQL injection, cookie tampering, etc. a little, I thought the video 'Web Hacking Overview' did a good job of making the web hacking process easy to understand. If you want to study web hacking, I highly recommend watching this video before trying web hacking.
