Completed 100% of course
When speaking in front of others during presentations or interviews, I used to use passive voice or write lengthy predicates to sound more Kind. However, this lecture made me realize once again that speaking concisely and decisively actually instills confidence in my opinions in the other person and makes communication clearer. On the other hand, since I prefer listening over speaking, the section on how to listen well was relatable, and it was a proud moment realizing I was already doing well in that area. Thank you for the great lecture.
