I was really overwhelmed when I was put in charge of cost management accounting at my company.. But after taking this lecture, I was definitely able to get a good grasp of it. The instructor seems to have a lot of practical experience and does a great job of pinpointing the key points and explaining them well to fit practical work. The Excel materials provided were also very helpful in understanding complex cost flows. The business plan Excel materials were also very helpful in understanding and establishing business plans. Thank you so much. This is truly the best lecture for this price.
