I was exhausted from checking comments on various social media platforms every dawn and writing reports, but this course completely changed my work patterns! I created a workflow that automatically collects new comments from Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and even performs sentiment analysis, so now I only need to check once in the morning to see a dashboard with all situations organized. Through the course, I quickly completed comment collection and sentiment analysis automation, but the step of connecting collected data to visualization and reporting dashboards was somewhat disappointing due to insufficient examples 😭😭 If there had been hands-on practice connecting with BI tools like Looker Studio and Tableau after Google Sheets, I could have finished the entire report work in one-stop. Also, while the notification setup examples were good, I think it would have been more business-friendly if tips for extending to various collaboration tools like MS Teams or Discord were covered. Still, I'm satisfied that I could quickly learn the core flow of no-code automation!! Thank you!!
