As a job seeker who also didn't major in the field, I really related to the lecture... There's a lot of information and advice online, but none of it really resonated, and I was lost on where to even begin. Watching the lecture felt like everything just clicked into place. It seems like the lecture is a total summary of key points, blending the existing path with the path the instructor created, mixed in with their experience!!! It helped me immensely!! I highly recommend it to other job seekers!!! Even those with a major might find it helpful. Anyway, I highly recommend it!!!
