Review from someone with a major, 4 years into web development) It was good for learning concepts like CursorAI, project management methods utilizing AI (including how to use prd.md documents), etc. However, it doesn't seem like a very "kind" course, as it lacks solutions for things like skipping the initial setup or troubleshooting when commands execute strangely. When I got stuck in places, I wondered if non-majors could keep up with this, but since I knew how to find solutions, I figured things out on my own while listening. Since I took it for free with company money, I didn't feel like it was a waste, but if a true non-major had taken it, they might have dropped out at the points they got stuck and felt like they wasted a bit of money.
