What impressed me was the 3-step approach to working effectively, goal management, the importance of communication, and the process of self-reflection through work feedback that I was lacking. From now on, I plan to record estimated times as well to gain lessons learned! There were many practical tips on management and resource management, which made me think about how to harmoniously align organizational and individual goals. I could also feel the importance of organizational culture, professionalism, and transparent communication once again. The insights gained from this lecture will help me increase work efficiency and clarify my role within the organization.
