I liked that it covered more practical aspects than the existing lectures. I really didn't expect to learn about the OKR concept in a GA lecture. It was more detailed than any YouTube video or lecture I've seen in terms of what data to bring to meetings in practice, what questions to expect, and how to organize it for easy viewing. GA is always more difficult to apply than to understand the concept, but this was very helpful.
