I'm new to Jira and Confluence, and this seems like it will be a great help. If there's one thing I find lacking, it's that it only teaches some features since it's an introductory course. [After completing the course, I am leaving my thoughts on the pros and cons of this course.] 1) Pros - Your pronunciation and voice are very good, which makes the lectures highly effective. - It seems you put a lot of effort into making it easy for beginners to use the core features. - You show real-world examples and try to pack a lot into the short lecture time. - I would recommend this to anyone who needs to use Jira urgently. 2) Cons - As the lecture time is short, you can only get a relatively limited amount of information. - Since it is aimed at beginners, I think I will have to take another course.
