This is a great lecture that can lower the barrier to entry for open source contributions. Personally, I think open source activity is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of Korean developers, but in reality, people are too busy with their own work and there seems to be a perception that contributing to open source is something only leisurely people do. I hope that many Korean developers will see this lecture and that their perceptions will improve a lot.
