I knew what Jira and Confluence were, but I didn't know how to use them in practice. But after listening to this lecture, I think I'll be able to apply it right away in my work. It was nice that they only taught the essentials so I could learn only what I needed without unnecessary content. They explained it in a way that even beginners could easily follow, so I recommend it to others as an introductory lecture.
