Even if you are not a developer, it was helpful for startups and related industries (I work in the data industry). It was a comforting and empowering lecture because it seemed to tell me that the anxiety and worries I always have are natural and that I shouldn't worry because everyone has them. It was a short but not at all disappointing lecture that helped me with my doubts and concerns. Thank you to Han Ki-yong for the great lecture!
