I am a 4th year developer with exactly 3 years of experience. When I first got a job and when I changed jobs, the first thing that held me back was the coding test. I was taking classes and solving problems on my own, but I didn't feel like my skills were improving. Then I came across this class, and even though it's still early in the class, I'm making great progress thanks to the excellent teaching. I think I won't be afraid of the coding test when I change jobs next time!
