When I was getting my engineer's license, I remember memorizing the OSI 7 layers and network-related theories without understanding them well and just memorizing them. I felt like the concepts were being organized as I listened to simple examples and conceptual explanations of the content. I think it would be good to listen to it often as a review concept in the future.
