I am a PM in my 5th year and I enjoyed watching it because it felt like I was organizing the knowledge I already had in my head without having to think too much. If you have experience, it would be good because it feels like it organizes only the necessary knowledge instead. However, it is very basic content, so it would be great and good for juniors or those who are collaborating with the development team for the first time.
