Hello. Mr. Dosilver, Spring Boot and Spring are not concepts that can be used separately. Spring Boot is just a tool that helps you use Spring more conveniently. Therefore, it is most important to understand Spring itself well. 
If you are working on a project, I recommend using Spring Boot to use Spring more conveniently. Most recent projects use Spring Boot to deal with Spring.
