As a non-major, I was looking for a suitable lecture and by chance I came across Alan on YouTube. Since I have a personality that has a hard time moving on without knowing much, Alan's lectures seem to fit me well. Although my progress was slow because of that personality and I'm still going slowly, I think I'm going in the right direction. If you want to build a solid foundation from the beginning, there's no better lecture than this one.
