I think anyone can easily follow it when they first come across it. I have attended lectures by many great developers on Infraon, but just because they are good doesn't mean I can follow them well. However, when I listened to Captain Pangyo's lecture, I could feel how much care he put into making the lecture, and I highly recommend it.
