I reorganized the things I was doing in a fist-fighting manner based on the instructor's structured videos, templates, and lecture materials. In the process, I was able to figure out what I was missing and what I needed to improve my skills in, so I think it was a really good lecture. Structuring thoughts and language is more difficult than I thought, but I thought I should try to create my own framework by watching the lectures over and over again. In particular, what I felt most through this lecture was that I was grateful for the rich lecture materials and content, but I also wanted to become a product designer like the instructor who created this and taught it in an easy-to-understand way. Above all, while preparing to change my job to a product designer, I thought that I should learn planning rather than design first as a designer. So I took a 5-week offline service planning class, watched marketing seminars on YouTube and the Internet, explored business models, and made a lot of mistakes in various ways. Through this lecture, I was able to feel once again that the things I had learned, such as AARRR and PMF, were not useless digging. Every year, I select a POTY (Person of the Year) who I think, "Wow, I want to be like this person." My goal for 2024 is to act and think like you. Thank you for providing such a great lecture.
