I think it's really good for listening to the lecture without knowing anything about Java. However, if you have some experience with Java or are somewhat familiar with C/C++, it might be boring to listen to. I did that a little bit. I recommend this lecture to those who are new to Java or coding! Oh, and the lecture on objects and polymorphism was really great.
