[A lecture highly recommended to PMs who lack practical experience and metacognition or need more] [The most memorable message from the lecture] - "All skills start and develop from metacognition about myself." [Reason for recommending this lecture] - The main reason I want to recommend this lecture is because it is not composed of obvious theories but contents that can be applied in reality. - Unlike other lectures, it deals with the core competencies required as a PM or PD, and I experienced the process of gradually improving my work skills and metacognition! - At the end, "I was able to realize my shortcomings and strengths, and gain insight into what I need to strengthen in the future." - I have taken many lectures, but this is the first lecture that made me think "I should try this" after completing the course. - It was a lecture that I wanted to take out and look at when I was stuck in the middle of my work :) [Parts that I particularly liked] 1.
