I was familiar with Winform, but I listened to it in a hurry because of a project. Even if you don't know WPF, if you follow the project in the course, you will be able to grasp the entire concept in a short time. It is a course that can handle CRUD and GRID better than other WPF courses, so you can basically grasp the concept and get used to the project. If you want the latest course rather than the old WPF course on YouTube, I highly recommend it.
