It is quite difficult for a non-major to learn something new in a different field. The gap between majors and non-majors is large when it comes to basic concepts. From my perspective, this was a great help. I had failed several times when I started studying Docker by Googling or reading books, but this lecture was easy to understand and taught from the basics, and the lecture time was good to finish on the weekend.
