This really needs improvement. I'm just following along as you tell me to, but I keep getting frequent errors. I think it's because the program you're using in class isn't the latest version, but the feedback is a mess, and do you even look at the Q&A board? And you should create a window where I can see all the questions I've asked, but if you only show the questions posted by video, it's inconvenient, so how can I study? It's so frustrating that I can't do it. If there's feedback, please reflect it in a timely manner. If you contact the customer service center to ask when your question will be answered, you should tell them the exact date.
