Each lecture is about 10~15 minutes long, so I can listen to it without feeling burdened. I am weak in speaking and listening, so it is good that they explain pronunciation, intonation, stress, and liaisons in detail. I am studying by diligently following along with each sentence~~ The movie About Time itself is also good!
