$표시는 변수나 인자임을 알리기 위한 표시입니다.
예를 들어 인자 이름을 background-color 이렇게 주면 css의 background-color와 같게되어 어떠한 오류를 유발할 수 있으니
$background-color라는 이름으로 $를 붙여주면 구분이 되어 오류 같은 것들을 방지하는 것이죠
