Model은 Member 같은 객체를 의미한다고 생각했는데
HttpServletRequest의 Attribute가 모델이라고 하셔서 질문 드립니다.
Model은 무엇을 가리키는 것이고
Member가 Model이 아니라면 무엇인가요?

MVC 패턴에서 Model은 View와 Controller 사이에 데이터를 주고받기 위한 DTO라고 생각하셔도 좋을 것 같네요.
흐름
View -> Model -> Controller
Controller -> Model -> View
