<p>자문자답이지만 해결했네요.</p>
<p>14:48초에 using RankingApp.Data.Servcies;를</p>
<p>using RankingApp.Data.Migrations;로 선언해서 안된거였네요..</p>

<p>저도... 같은 증상이었는데 덕분에 해결했습니다 ㅎㅎ  using <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://RankingApp.Data">RankingApp.Data</a>.Migrations; 가 자동으로 선언되어있어서 신경 안썼었는데, RankingService.cs 파일이 있는 경로가 아닌 다른 경로였네요..</p>

<p>저도 동일한 오류 발생했는데 덕분에 해결했습니다. 감사합니다.</p>
