start with 100일때 nextval에 값

안녕하세요
영상 25분쯤 보면 good_no에 100값이 들어간 것을 확인할 수 있습니다.
실제로 따라해보니 저는 101 값이 출력되네요
nextval이 다음 숫자에 값을 넣는 것인데, currval이 100인 상황에서 nextval로 100이 어떻게 출력되는지 궁금합니다.
