upload video에서 동영상을 업로드했을때 console로 video, thumbnail 모두 정상적으로 success가 되었는데
dropzone 옆에 썸네일이 업로드 되지 않고
GET http://localhost:5000/uploads/thumbnails/thumbnail-1612037280879_Fog_1.png 404 (Not Found)
