static안에 base.css 에서 정의한 클래스가 적용되지 않습니다.
html 태그 내에서 직접 style로 정의할 때는 되는데 base.css로 옮기고 적용하려고 하면 적용이 안 돼요.

이 부분 안 되서 다시 처음부터 했더니 됩니다.
안 되시는 분들은 중간에 코드 작성할 때 오류가 있을 수 있으니 다시 해보세요..
