Instructor Introduction

Hello, I am Doohwan Jang, a writer and broadcaster at the enterprise IT community SharedIT.

While hosting numerous webinars with global IT vendors at SharedIT, I realized that basic IT knowledge is essential to understanding complex IT solutions. As I prepared introductory lectures for this field, the content gradually expanded, eventually leading me to create a course over eight hours long and even write a book.

Unlike other courses, the course I released on Inflearn was created in a format where I teach as if the student were right next to me. In fact, the offline lectures I’ve conducted were requested by people who saw my Inflearn course, and I was able to receive great feedback.

And, through the connection between my Inflearn and offline lectures, I was fortunate enough to publish a book titled "IT Infrastructure Basics Made This Easy" last April. Thankfully, the first printing has sold out, and we are currently preparing for the second printing.

In the past, while directly handling sales and marketing for various solutions required for enterprise IT, I faced many difficulties due to a lack of foundational knowledge. The results of my deep consideration on how to explain these concepts more easily to others are my Inflearn lectures and the book I published.

I have a specialized ability to convey even the most difficult concepts as clearly as possible. By using various analogies to explain IT infrastructure knowledge that can often feel daunting, I can help newcomers just entering the industry and job seekers preparing for their careers build a solid foundation of basic IT infrastructure knowledge.
